Ya’ll I spent so much time in St. Joseph, MI growing up. My Grandmother and two of my Aunts owned an adorable little shop downtown that provided ample hours of summer work through highschool and college. And it was such a pleasure returning here this past weekend for my cousin Anna’s engagement session. She met Jacob while attending Hope College in Holland, MI, and they are getting married this October! I am so excited for them, I know they’ve been waiting a long time and it is an absolute honor to be their photographer!

We got up before the crack of dawn on a Sunday morning so that we could take advantage of the gorgeous morning light and beat the tourist traffic. We were not disappointed. We had the streets to ourselves! We started in town and then made our way down to the beach for a few lake photos. Please enjoy these favorites of mine. Anna & Jacob, I had so much fun with you!
