My little sister is all grown up! Well okay, not quite. Eighteen isn’t nearly as old as it felt when I turned eighteen. Anyway, she’s going to be all done with high school and she’s pursuing a career in hairdressing. . . . cosmetology? I think that’s the right word. I’m trying to convince her to move to NC and live with me, while she goes to school, but I’m not sure she’s buying it. I’ll have to think up a better bribe.

I had the pleasure of traveling up to Michigan at the end of March to surprise my Mother for her birthday, celebrate my other sister Andrea’s birthday and capture Olivia’s senior photos. The Michigan weather behaved itself for once. Even though, it was cold, we had a blast. And I was floored at how mature my little sister was in front of the camera. She did such an amazing job.
