My little sister got married this past weekend! And it was such an honor capturing these precious moments for her and her new husband! Andrea & Jake chose to have a beautiful intimate ceremony with just a few close friends and family. This is not to say, that all of our family is not very dear to us, but they really wanted to keep it small and simple. Andrea chose beautiful red roses as her flowers, and her ring is one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen! Please enjoy these favorites from their day!

Fun fact, our cousin Laura made Andrea’s wedding dress. I didn’t get to see it until the day before the wedding and I was blown away with how beautiful it was. So sparkly and classy! I couldn’t believe what an amazing job, Laura did.

This image below is one of my favorites in part because of the portrait in the background. That is our Grandpa & Grandma Sonnenberg. Grandma, attended the wedding today, but Grandpa passed away a number of years ago now. However, Andrea got married on his birthday and as I was taking pictures, I thought it was so cool, to get to include his picture in her special day.

Time for the first look!

It was then time for portraits! We moved quickly, it was so cold and windy, but these two were fabulous and knocked it out the park!

Andrea asked our cousin and her best friend, Alissa to be her Matron of honor and Jake asked his sister Lexi to stand up for him. These girls were wonderful all day and it was obvious how much they love this couple!

Their reception was a delicious dinner at Tosi’s Restaurant in Stevensville, MI. I’d never been in the all the years, I lived there. It was excellent!

Andrea asked Dad to say a few words at the reception. He spoke at both my wedding and our older sister Erika’s wedding. It is seriously one of our favorite parts of the day.
